Car Wash

In May 2017, MERCUS Logistyka Sp. z o.o. launched an automatic vehicle wash at the Passenger Transport Department in Lubin, located at 190A M. Skłodowskiej-Curie Street, near the S3 national road. The facility is designed for washing:

• buses
• trucks
• delivery vehicles
• vehicles with trailers
• flatbed vehicles

The vehicle wash is equipped with a pre-wash preparation system. This process takes place before the automatic wash and is used to clean hard-to-reach areas. It is carried out using spray lances, applying detergent foam and rinsing it off with high-pressure water.

The washing process uses original cleaning products from Kenotek.

The full washing program consists of the following stages:

• high-pressure underbody wash
• application of pre-wash detergent foam
• high-pressure foam rinse
• two-stage main wash using brushes
• rinsing the vehicle with clean water
• application of cold wax

The facility is also equipped with an air compressor and a vacuum cleaner.
The vehicle wash is open Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
