NOTICE
The publication of the following document is intended to fulfil the information obligations imposed on the company by the Act of June 9, 2016 on the Principles of Determining the Remuneration of Persons Managing Certain Companies.
The justification provided explains the reasons for temporarily determining the fixed remuneration of the Members of the Management Board based on the grounds set out in Article 4(3) of the aforementioned Act.
This decision is directly related to the implementation of key strategic objectives and the focus on the operational efficiency of MERCUS Logistyka Sp. z o.o.
